Law Degree by the Lisbon Law School.
Lecturer at Lisbon Law School and at Portuguese Catholic University (1978/1988) teaching Commercial Law, Civil Law, Contract Law, Family Law and Comparative Law.
Scholarship of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and gest researcher at the University of Munich (1988/1991).
Lecturer of “Mergers and Acquisitions” in the Law Course and Post-Graduation Course at the Portuguese Catholic University since 2003.
Lecturer of the Post-Graduation in Company Practices at the Portuguese Catholic University (2003/2005).
Lecturer at LLM (Master of Laws) of the International Trade and Business Law (Portuguese Catholic University) since 2007.
